New Year Resolutions

New Year ....... new resolutions......
Why wait for the 1st.  Probably should go ahead and start deleting the bad habits and practicing the new good habits hmmm Yesterday.
Cause if I need to change in the New Year I probably needed to change months ago.  From messing up last year's Resolutions to following this Year's resolution.
Bet I probably need to make New Year's Resolutions every day.
Isn't the next day a new year from the same day a year before.
Yup! Sure is.
What is magic about a resolution.
Nothing if you don't do it everyday.
Takes 90 days of repeated effort to change a bad habit or create a good new habit.
Yup! 90 days..........
Can I plan that far in advance?
Maybe not but I do know that I can take it one step at a time.
One day at a time.
Write it down or type it.
First thing open it up tomorrow and do it.
One day at a time.
