Her smile was like the sunrise
When she walked into the store
She said she needed cigarettes
I don’t remember what she wore
There was something that was primal
In the way she cocked her head
Her eyes were like blue velvet
But her smell I can’t forget
Oh I found a friend on Facebook
From many years ago
She said there was no reason
For us not to say hello
She said I was her cowboy
She rode me like a toy
She used me and abused me
And when she left she took my joy
Oh I found a friend on Facebook
From many years ago
She said there was no reason
For us not to say hello
She said from the beginning
I was not the keeping kind
All the images are blurring
But she never left my mind
Oh I found a friend on Facebook
From many years ago
She said there was no reason
For us not to say hello
Oh I found a friend on Facebook
It seems like just a day ago
Sweet memories are a reason
For us not to say hello
